To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition and original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items are non-refundable, including personal stationery items once used and pet products that have been opened or used.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
